I've stopped drinking for now. Makes me crazy and paranoid and generally unstable.

My new growler from Hangar 24 in Redlands, California...

Inside the growler is Belgian Summer Ale, a seasonal offering.

Aromas of clove, pineapple and bubblegum spill from the glass. The flavor is a combination of spicy Belgian yeast with hints of pear & nutmeg. It finishes with a pleasant tartness. 3rd Anniversary Ale is very light & refreshing and at the same time complex & intriguing.

This set me back $38.00, a refill of the same beer is $13.00

This here is a new beer I tried last Saturday, Red Trolley Ale. It's from San Diego, California. Next time I'm in the area, I'm looking to get a growler from their brewery.

The complexity of flavors makes Red Trolley Ale a hearty and truly enjoyable beer.

Back in the day, we brewed Red Trolley Ale as our first holiday beer. In the spirit of the season, we made like Santa in a fat suit and stuffed it full of caramel malts. So many folks got on board that we decided to brew it year round. Years later, Red Trolley Ale remains the perfect beer to make any occasion festive.
