My metabolism is out-of-whack. Just recently started putting on some pounds drinking protein shakes and trying to put on the healthy weight. I'm at 6'2 weighing 175. Goal is 180. Ideal weight is 148-195.

Cali. Yourself? Crepes are bomb but i have no idea wtf your describing. Usually the crepes if i eat em, are on the sweet side like fruit. Not salty things, like bacon etc.

I've been doing this lately... slice up some strawberries, and kiwi's (leave the skin on), and throw some blackberries together for a snack. I love all fruit except papaya. That stuff smells rotten.

Fruit is bomb. Bananas for the win, The banana is like the ultimate fruit, the monkeys know whats up. Banana pies, Banana pudding, Banana shakes, Recently been like toasting bread with peanut butter n jelly puttn bananas in em. And in crepes bananas. You can dry em out banana chips. Dried fruit is bomb.

I get the dried apricots. Good nutrition and easy to eat.
