Whoever taught this man martial arts must be so ashamed right now. This video shows a naked man running amok through downtown Indianapolis, attacking pedestrians and screaming at cars. Fearing for everyone’s safety, police whipped out the stun gun to take 27-year-old David Martin down. Problem is, it didn’t stop him.

Only drugs could make someone behave this inappropriately, and Martin later admitted that he was he was high on synthetic marijuana. That explains why the taser didn’t work and police had to tackle Martin to take him down. He was charged with public indecency, resisting arrest and battery, and two police were injured during the arrest.

The last thing anyone wants to do—at work, nonetheless—is take down a deranged streaker.
