also stoked for the new Deeds of Flesh album, the last album "Of What's to Come" was pretty good. I liked it more then their older stuff

i'll check that out, I wish they had real metal stations on the regular radio. maybe then I would actually listen to it every now and then

It feels so twilight zone to me that people can call in and request good death metal. When the show opened up someone was reading parts from lovecraft's call of cthulhu. Even though i'm not a fan of most of the songs it still gives me immense satisfaction knowing this shit is playing. I think tomorrow's show is doper though, they play more black metal in contrast to this one that plays more death.


The second you hear a snare that sounds like a tin can you know you are in for some bad ass shit. Tin can snares are not ment for the ordinary 9-5r, they are the sound of rebellion.

Sometimes XM radio "Liquid Metal" will play some good stuff. 90% of the time it's kinda weak, but Ian Christe plays some gems. Hearing a kick ass not-so-high-production-value band play on the radio is like a dying art. Most of the day on the metal channel you're hearing stupid 600bpm blast beat unoriginal bands, all triggered and sounding like a machine with every note perfected. Not my thing.

What you guys think of Assuck? Anticapital is my favorite album by them, love the drumming in it. Pure aggression. I'm always doing the Frank Mullen when I hear the blasts

Also, Ripping Corpse is pretty good. They even made a special thanks to INJUSTICE in their liner notes.

I really would like to see injustice in some form or the other come back again. as far is tin cans near drums are concerned I really dig cephalotripsy. I also dig bloodcum. Suicidal tendencies.

I really dig some of the new bands but this whole sweep picking fad has got to stop. it sounds great but too many kids especially the deathcore kids are really eatin that shit up.

I gave the orgone listen a full listen and a half. Ultimately not big on the vocals. Did like some parts on it though. Thanks for the recommendation anyways. Still listening to Triumvirate every now and then, good album. Listening to this metal station right now.

I was about to bring up that tour, the Montreal one is going to have Gorguts + that lineup. hopefully they add some west coast dates, too many of the east coast only tours are bullshit
