Listened to Skullgrid, didn't like it at all. I'm not completely sure but it sounds wankery. I don't really wanna give it time to digest either, not interested in the general sound.
Listening to indricothere, sounds much better.

glad you like that Indricothere album, I hope Colin makes a follow-up some day. he did everything on that album. speaking of Krallice they're putting out a new album in August, 4 albums in a 4 year period now.

I got another album for you to check out, its a solo project from the other guitar player in "Behold... The Arctopus", this one is progressive black metal, it took the guy 7 years to complete

I read about that Maryland Deathfest lineup today, I wish they had a west coast version of that festival. I don't think I can shell out that amount of money to go over there, never listened to Arkona before, what album should I start with?

Seeing !TOOH! live would be awesome, and obviously the gods Carcass as well. Arkona is like folk metal, not sure if it's your thing but the bitches clean voice truly is wondrous. I don't know much about Arkona as I haven't been listening to them for long, but from what I've heard I'd start with what I posted and if you like it I'd either listen to "vo slavu velekim!" or "goi, rode, goi!"

What ever you do don't watch their music videos, they are just too serious for me. I prefer something extremely over the top corny and absurdly absurd in my videos.

Watched that video again, hard to not be in complete awe of her bad ass vocal powers. She's like a Slavic Poseidon, she can steer ships, control weather and she is basically in the middle of nowhere with no food. Luckily her powers can make it rain vodka, they live off that shit over there, I think that's what the song is about.

Also downloaded Gojira's Way of The Flesh it's pretty good not sure if it's better than From Mars To Sirius. Might be, still listening to it.
