Pretty sure Benihanas is more of a show thing. You are paying for entertainment I think, I could be wrong. Chef does all that dazzling knife work shit cuttin shit up throwin it in the air freestyling while he does it, lighting himself on fire, jumping over his own leg with a blindfold on juggling chainsaws, shit like that.
yeah they do all that shit with the knives,and lobster is also fucking expensive here
